- Varied and homogeneous machine park for turning operations from 0.1 to 42 mm in diameter
- Single turning, drilling, polygon turning, trimming, 3-axis and 5-axis micro-milling
- From prototypes to production runs, with specially adapted machinery (SMED approach for small production runs, multispindle technology for large volumes).

Functional and technical
Laser marking meets traceability and identification needs. Rolling, polishing and grinding operations enable us to offer functional surfaces with extremely fine roughness in areas of friction, pivoting and meshing. These operations also enable tolerances in the micron range to be achieved!








Aesthetics
The possible aesthetic finishes within Azurea have been developed around watch components. Cerclage, colimaçonnage, moulurage, adoucissage rectiligne, poli noir, bleuissage.... These operations are carried out manually or by automated processes.
Heat treatment
A heat treatment department, comprising
gas-shielded furnaces, enables the production of
structural hardening, quenching and tempering operations
for carbon and stainless steels.
