To achieve this, it is essential to guarantee repeatability and reproducibility using probing, 3D and optical measuring tools. Our services also enable us to assemble parts in an ISO 5 and 7-certified cleanroom measuring over 65 square meters.

All our customers require us to follow capability rules. To support our production, it is essential to have access to high-performance statistical software. To ensure efficient production management, we have invested in monitoring tools such as the APC (Automated Process Control) solution.

Expertise in materials machining

Thanks to the dedication of its employees, Azurea Microtechnique SA benefits from expertise in materials machining. In the early days, we machined mild steel and copper materials, before broadening our range. Today, we are able to offer components in a wide range of materials, including the titanium family and implantable stainless steels. This expertise enables us to respond to projects ranging from prototyping to the production of several thousand parts.

From project analysis to function realization

Our knowledge of materials enables us to guide our customers in their assembly projects. The key is project analysis. We supported one of our customers in the industrialization of a bi-material product, in grade 23 titanium and Peek implantable plastic.
