At the beginning of 2024, we took major steps to create a training institute. It was set up to perpetuate our know-how and ensure that it is passed on to new generations. A multitude of processes need to be mastered to guarantee excellent components. To this end, we have created a full-time position to train and manage this new training center. We have also surrounded ourselves with experts in their field, who are able to pass on their knowledge to new employees. Our business demands a heightened sensitivity to the aesthetic and technical aspects of our products.
The watchmaking environment represents a very specific ecosystem. To contextualize our profession, we provide training in watchmaking culture. This enables us to understand not only the demands of the environment in which we operate, but also the relevance of our components and the differentiation offered by our watch decorations. Subsequently, training is tailored to the position held by the employee. It therefore varies according to individual needs. Our trainers are experienced in technical drawing, microtechnical engineering, quality control, and health and safety at work.
This training center, staffed by experts in their field who work within our company, will ensure that our know-how in the field of microtechnology continues. It will enable our employees to broaden and/or enrich their skills. It is also designed to pass on the habits and customs associated with Azurea. Our corporate culture is based on benevolence and excellence. In fact, we apply an inclusive management style that encourages communication at all levels. The aim of this institute is to preserve our know-how and our values.
